I competed there this weekend, great show...! had a great time... some controvertial placings but thats how it goes in this sport.... had a great showing & a great time there in Rochester!

It had EVERYTHING to do with the white backdrop. Note to promoters all over....get a white curtain as a backdrop. All of the photographers there were loving it.

i dont know why any BBing sites dont cover it like RX, its not all that far away & theres some very good talent there.... could be a whole new market for you guys!! its a great show, run by one of the best in the business-jim rockell..

That's an easy one. When they say "Front double bicep", you hit a front double bicep pose. That's it.

PS: i didnt get to finals on NPC Southern States, I got 18 guys in my class (open men - lightheavy) and there were very big.

yes he did. i was a a judge and his arrogance was certainly noticed.
