Hey guys. I had a thread going on over at the other site, but I think I would rather bring it over here. These are some upper body pics of me 7 weeks out from my first show (NSABBA provincials). For those of you that haven't seen my other thread on the other site, I am competing in the junior (under 21) category and am currently weighing somewhere in the 190's. (not sure as of today)

Thanks man. If I can just get through the next 6 weeks and some change, I'll be alright. Diet has been going for 7 weeks already.

Please post more pictures....we have no idea how your legs and your front look. I would say you look good, but time to either up the cardio or drop some calories a little bit.

Actually the only reason I haven't posted the legs yet is because I need to shave them and it's a pain in the ass. I will get some up tomorrow. Thanks for all the feedback.

In the side chest pose keep your chest up and keep your arm in the back closer to your body......looking good though.....but like I said you could be about 5-10% sharper to be in the money, but if its your first show most importantly have fun!

Yeah it is my first show, but fuck playing around with it bro. I'm in this thing to win it. I will get some more pics up soon of the lower body and I will definitely up the cardio. Thanks

Nice lat spread, but I do believe like one other poster mentioned you should really pick up cardio, just by viewing your side chest shot Id like to see more skin thinness in the arms, chest at 7 weeks out. Id take it to the next level on your cardio program.

Good Luck

Nice back...good luck!

If you are throwing the guitar in the trash can pm me, I run a rehoming shelter for guitars. Bodybuilders and guitars seem to go hand in hand!

look good man, just have to get on the cardio and stop weighing yourself.
every junior that I know (myself included) try to be onstage too "heavy".

just get as lean as you can man, in the juniors condition is what is the most important thing

I am on a modified Palumbo diet. It isn't Keto because honestly I hated it. I added like 1/4 cup oats with the eggs in the morning and a cup of rice with my chicken meal. It saved my life to be honest. Dave's diet I'm sure works awesome for guys who are enhanced and taking stimulants during their prep, but I am 100% clean of everything including any stims, and it just wasn't worth not having any carbs at all. I couldn't sleep. I have upped the cardio to all those offering that advice and I have leaned out a lot. My body changes quick, so I have that going for me. Thanks to all. More pics comig shortly.

Thats great, we'll be looking for the new pics.

Dave doesnt advocate stims at all though, thats why both his fat burners use a different pathway. Just wanted to clarify, now the anabolics thats another story.

I still dont believe there is a one size diet fits all, you have to find what works best for you.
