Hi , I have been following Daves diet for females. However I have been following only diet 2 for 3 weeks. I didnt know about cycle with diet one. what is the reason for switching back and forth. prot/veg to prot /fat. Im not understanding the concept . Any help? Thanks:eek:

Dave adds the protein/veggies days when your progress slows. And everyone is different.
