i use APT wraps.

i just wrap them from bottom no crossing

I use 3 meter APT Convicts, they are way too long though, but they are good knee wraps and I can't really complain because I got them for free and brand new from some guy when I was in Iraq.

I use the sub-cross method to wrap my knees, here's a good video to demonstrate knee wrapping:

what about neoprene sleeves?

I personally use sleeves to give my knees a bit more support as well as keep them warm. I don't wrap my knees.

love my rehband
had them for 5 years

I love my convicts but I have to be careful when I'm wrapping them when I'm doing chain work, if my knees get wrapped to tight I can't get depth if there isn't enough weight on the bar.

Do the rehbands give you any help out of the whole like knee wraps do?

no rehband is not like wraps.
they keep the joints warm.
if you get a size smaller they do help with compression
