Hi guys,
first of all, I am sorry for my bad english, I am from Brazil and I will do the best I can 2 explain what is going on.

I am planning running a 10-12 weeks cycle but i dont know how to do a proper PCT.

I already got my gyno removed but I sure dont want to get it back. As far as I know, I got one side totally removed, but the other side still a bit. (so, there is a chance to get it back).

I will be running
1-5
500mg sustanon 250
200mg deca

6-10
500 test cypionate
200mg deca

11-12 i run a lil bit of test... just to tape off

I would really appreciate ur help to advise me what I should do with my PCT.

Run an aromatose inhibitor like aromasin or arimidex throughout the cycle. This will help control estrogen and its side effects such as gyno. For pct you can use nolvadex, clomid or torem. Keep some nolvadex on hand in case of a gyno flare up. If you are very worried about gyno on cycle have you considered running something that doesn't aromatize like turinabol? I'm sure the vets on this site will help you out.

Pct starts 2 weeks after last injection.
Nolva 40/40/20/20 you can add clomid at 100/100/50/50. Just an example.
I personally use torem at 120/90/60/30 along with a natural test booster. The vets here will have better recommendations as they know more than I do. I love brasilian jiu jitsu lol.
