Rich.....are we talking oiled or non-oiled, or at least noticeably oiled? Rich's arms are obvious.
I went with Winklaar because of the WHOLE combination....Biceps, Triceps and FOREARMS.

Between Heath and Winklaar, I gotta go with Roelly hands down.
Anyone got an old pic of Matarrazo to throw up here? I'd rate his as some of the best pipes of all time.

Saw Matarazzo earn his Pro card at USA's? Not in person, but on that old TV show, what was the name of it?

totally forgot about roelly's forearms in the mix, they are incredible
the front double bicep is actually roelly's weakest arm picture imo

If anyone was watching the live Olympia play by play....this question was asked to Dave & Aceto.....they both think Roelly has better arms than Phil, ...
I kinda think Phil has an edge over Roelly....but......Roelly has some serious triceps horse shoe....that Palumbo and Aceto tend to favor.

Wink has the better arms by far. His arms have greater volume and also better overall look to them. I think he beats Phil in this category. I also think Phil beats him in his legs. I think he has a better body overall but Wink is still in good form. I'm still happy Phil won the O. He deserved it.

I know that Roelly has the best triceps and Phil might have better biceps with the split.

Roelly and Phil have some awesome arms, but if you dig through the archives I'd rather have Robby Robinson's guns. Mike Mentzer had some crazy triceps. Albert Beckles, Boyer Coe, and Arnold, of course.
Sergio Oliva!
Lots of insane arms over the decades. Anyone remember Freddy Ortiz?

Roelly's arms/shoulders/forearms are better than an anatomy chart lol The size is crazy but the shape is amazing too, aesthetic.
When you look at those old Roelly pics or the old Phil pics, they have the roundness but their body is pretty balanced. It would be cool if we could find out what gifted (no pun) genetic component is present that dictates "my arms will be a standout bodypart."
It's the same thing with calves or any freaky bodypart someone has, certain things develop much more than others.
