None for me. This year's plan is to have a productive year of growth. Esp in my back. i want to come back strong in spring 2010. if i stuck with figure..yah i could be competing this spring and summer. but since i crossed over to bb...to really make an impact, i need a nice long offseason. and i need to focus on other priorities this year...like school. my last show was the end of oct...so im 3 months into offseason. im upset to say...the season hasnt been going that well. personal problems and a health problem arose...derailed me a bit. my intensity level dropped. but im feeling good again...so here's to the next 12 months...it's grow time!

Not sure what I'm doing yet. I took some time off from the gym last year after the USA's because of surgery and only been back in the gym about 3 months. Trying to play catch up right now. I'll know for sure in the next month or so.

Good luck everyone!

G'day ladies,

last year I did 5 comps, with 2 being OS, took a lot out of me and my bank balances.

This year I'll be concentrating on finishing my cert 3&4 in fitness (should only be a few weeks away now), also doing more bikinis and music editings for those competing here in Australia inthe earlier part of the season.

Then come April I'll be pulling up my boot straps and commencing preparations for the NABBA Qld State in September (lets see if I can make it 3rd year in a row for the overall), then the NABBA Nationals being held in Sydney in October (looking to retaining my overall title there too) After that, all going to plan I'll be back over the the UK for the NABBA Universe also in October (holding onto my luggage real tight so it doesn't go missing like it did last year).

Well, my first goal is to re-qualify(FITNESS ofcourse!). So, I'm doing the West Texas Classic on March 28. If I don't re-qualify there, I'm going to do the Ronnie Coleman in April. Hopefully, I will do well enough at one of those to go to Jr. USA's and Jr. Nats!! This will likely be my last year competing..so I gotta make it a good one!!

Jr Nationals start prep March 1!!

then it all depends on a number of things
if my body wants to continue to diet
need time off then re-diet
finances
my daughter graduates high school this year and we may want to do one more family vacation before she goes off to college so may not want to be in comp prep for that i would be no fun

so could be USAs or Nationals
