With only 11+ weeks to go until Team U, I have decided to use Dave and his products to get me where I need to be!

Let me introduce myself:
My name is Maureen Meehan. I am a mother of three, a wife and a gifted education specialist. Having 3 years of competition behind me, I am ready for the big show.....TEAM UNIVERSE! It means a lot to me because it is close to where I grew up and will be the first time my family and childhood friends will see me on stage. I began competing in figure, but quickly transitioned to bodybuilding per suggestion of the judges.

My contest history:
2009
Currently training for Team Universe, September ‘09

2008
NC State Bodybuilding Championships
Overall winner
1st place lightweight
2007
Jr. USA
1st place middleweight

NC State Bodybuilding Championships
2nd place lightweight
2006
Gold’s Classic
Overall winner
1st place – heavyweight (only 2 classes)
2nd place- figure

Metrolina Bodybuilding Championships

4th place figure
NC State Bodybuilding Championships
7th place- figure

Training for my first pro-qualifying show is a big deal to me. I train hard all year in hopes that I will see gains in needed areas, but without the right coaching, you can only go so far. That is why I have decided to go with Dave and his products. With a guru in the field and the best supplements on my side, I hope to tear it up in September.

I will begin posting my progress under this forum. Follow along and watch the transformation Species help me accomplish!

While teaching is not a glamorous occupation these days & doesn't pay much, spending the summer with my kids is priceless. Today we spent the entire day at the pool and had so much fun. Since Michael Jackson's death, my 7 year old son has been doing nothing but listening to his music, watching his videos and singing his songs. He's also working on learning how to do the moonwalk. Watching him perform all day keeps a constant smile on my face :)

40 min. on the stairmaster this morning. Worked back and tris tonight. Finished with 150lbs for 10 on lat pull downs, 330lbs on rows for 10, 50lb skull crushers for 12 and dips w/25lbs for 10. Still feeling strong and increasing weight.

Looking forward to a family beach day tomorrow and a concert in the park tomorrow night. Cardio day tomorrow!

Correction- 230 on rows, not 330! That would be insane!

Had a great 4th of July weekend with my family! Went to the beach and a concert in the park Friday, the pool and a 4th party Saturday and on a boat with friends on Sunday. It was so wonderful to spend so much time with the whole family. Usually, one of the kids has other plans, or my husband has to work.

I have to admit that my diet this week was...how do I put it........awkward. Yeah, awkward. Since I started competing I had always done everything on my own, and putting the diet in someone else's hands was strange. It is however, going great. Especially the cheat meal! YUM! Never had that before, and I hope I don't need to go without it for a while.

I was feeling a little lethargic on Sunday, so I decided to insert my cheat meal. It was difficult to decide what to have and I was really nervous about 'cheating', but boy was it good. I had two pancakes with a half of banana and some walnuts!

After eating it I felt a bit guilty, but today was a whole different story! I killed it in the gym. My energy levels were off the charts and my workout was as great as it has ever been. I looked 'fuller' and felt tighter. I did chest and bis today.....finished with preacher curls w/ 35lb plates on each side for 12 reps and dumbbell chest press w/ 55s for 12.

Forgot to weigh myself this morning, as I usually do on Mondays, since two of my children had camp early this morning and struggled to get out the door on time. It will have to wait until tomorrow!

OK....now it wasn't my best day, but I know there are others with much worse, so I can't really complain. But I will, a little, because this is why I started this journal, right? It's not always peachy!

OK...let me fill you in....my husband lost his job back in March, due to the fact that he was being paid more than the owner of the company for 9 months and the company, thanks to the economy, was not doing well. Since then he has been looking furiously, but there is just nothing out there. It seems, if at all possible, that he is over qualified? He is very smart, and well educated: MBA from Kelly School of Business, MA in Education from Bucknell U, MS in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon, not to mention an ex-Navy pilot and a college and hs football coach. To make a long story short, he has been selling mortgages for the last few months to bring in some money, but is not at all happy with what he is doing, nor is he making anywhere near what he was making. So today I put out pleas for anyone knowing of anyone who is looking to hire. Overall, we have handled the whole situation great, but didn't expect the duration to be so long. I do remain optimistic, though. I just know something has got to surface soon.

Financially, we are struggling a bit right now. As a teacher, you know I am not bringing in the big bucks, especially in NC, and raising three active kids is not cheap.

My workout today was tolerable. Yes, tolerable. That's about all I can say about it. Didn't feel the 'fire' I usually have, but sucked it up and got through it. Normally, I look forward to the gym. Today it was a bit of a chore. I guess too much on my mind. And shoulder day is usually one of my favorite days......

But on a more uplifting note, I went back to the gym with my nine year old and trained him. That was so much fun :) He's a little guy for 9, only 64 lbs. At the beginning of the summer he set a goal for himself to gain 5 lbs before football season started. (Nothing like thinking BIG!) Since then he has lost a pound :( He has been eating and eating and eating, but the poor guy has an incredible metabolism and it doesn't help that he plays all day long. And he really doesn't enjoy eating. He does it to survive. I told him today that I really wished that we could switch places. I mean, oh how I wish I NEEDED to eat......I dream of it! And honestly, he would be fine with eating nothing. We did have so much fun though. He is so much like me, it is scary. He works so hard and is so determined.

A better tomorrow is on its way :D

Like I said.....a better tomorrow!

It was a great day today. My oldest and youngest child are both at drama camp this week, so today my 9 year old son and I spent the whole day together again. We again went to the gym together this morning so that he could work out. Then we went to buy him new sneakers, since he was busting out of his old ones and went shopping for weight gaining food for him. He's so darn cute I can't take it!

As for my work out: WOW! Yes...it was leg day with Steve again and we killed it again. We did squats, ended with 315 for 15 and then walking lunges with 60lb dumbbells. Ouch! That may leave a mark.

Found out this evening that I will be traveling to Pittsburgh next weekend to work the Species booth. I would love to meet any of you that are attending. Please stop by the booth and introduce yourselfhttp://siouxcountry.com/images/smilies/1grouphug.gif

Sent Dave some progress pics today, so I thought I would share here as well.

It's been a few days from my last post. Summer madness has hit and the kids are running me every which way. But it is all good. We are all taking in each day, enjoying the few weeks we have left.

As for me, my training has been consistently good. I lost another 1/2 pound last week and the cuts are really starting to show. Running all day, trying to get my house in order and training is starting to effect my energy level, though. Not feeling as energetic as usual. Getting more sleep is definitely in my plans.

I changed scenery today, only because my 9 year old had basketball camp across town, and the old manager of 'my' gym had moved over there. It was so nice to chat with her again and take in some of her positive energy. I really miss seeing her every day, as she is one of the happiest, most positive people I've met. A trainer friend of mine had also moved to this gym, so it was nice to see him again too.

Had a good workout: chest and bis. No increase on weight, but was strong in what I did.

The diet is great! It is amazing how much easier it is than the one I had created myself. I would spend hours cooking on Sundays, and now, with Dave's diet it is really simple to fix my meals and bring them on the go if needed. I do have to tell you that I had chicken over greens last night and I thought I was in heaven! I grilled chicken and then cut it up and marinated in in sugar free soy sauce for an hour. When it was time to eat, I heated the chicken and soy sauce and poured it all on the greens. I know it sounds so simple, but it was amazing to me :)

Another week, another 1/2 lb lost. I seem to be moving right along at a good pace. I am currently 131, with only 6 more lbs in 9 weeks. No stress in the thought of getting there.

While my diet has not had to change, cardio is steadily increasing at this stage. My weights are still strong, but starting to feel a bit fatigued at the end of my workouts. Having good people around me at the gym has certainly gotten me through and helped me to stay focused and determined not to give in to fatigue.

Had leg day yesterday, with Steve. We did drop sets on the leg press, getting up to 360lbs for 15 and back down to 180 for 25. Back and triceps today!

I am extremely excited about going to Pittsburgh for the Masters tomorrow.

What a weekend! Where do I begin?

I spent the weekend with the Species family, working the booth at the NPC Teen, Collegiate, Masters Nationals. The experience was certainly a memorable one, to say the least. I met so many wonderful people and soaked in every moment.

While I had talked to Joel many a times on the phone, enjoying his humor and dynamic personality, meeting him in person and working along side him was amazing. He tells you like it is, and I appreciate that. He is one hard working guy and gets it done! Meeting Dave for the first time was certainly a highlight of the trip. He is so accomplished and fascinating. And then there were all the wonderful people I met working the booth with me: Tammy P., Jen Toth, Sam, Andrea and Toni West, with whom I connected with instantly and will certainly be a lifelong acquaintance. We had such a great time!

And then there were the competitors. Meeting and talking with Tracy Mason, Lisa Bouchard, Anita Ramsey, to name a few, was so motivating and inspirational. They were all remarkable. Tracy Mason came in with a phenominal physique! She was so conditioned and had the muscularity and symmetry to match. Watching her win the overall in both divisions was amazing, and the pure joy expressed on her face was priceless. In talking with her, she possessed such modesty and was a genuinely sweet person. I'm so glad I was able to meet her.

I could not possibly go without mentioning Dee Lazard. If you don't know the name, I suggest you google it. She is the most amazing woman! At 64 years old, Dee negates any thoughts of giving this sport up any time soon. Her body is absolutely amazing! I don't mean amazing for a 64 year old. I mean, simply, amazing. Any 20 year old would kill for her body! Beyond the muscles, Dee is fascinating as well. As nice as anyone I've ever met. We had such nice time together and she has inspired and motivated me to train as hard as I possibly can. Dee, too, will remain a lifelong acquantaince.

Back to reality, with my family, I continue my journey to the next level: Team U! I am refreshed, motivated and determined to show my best physique to date. With less than 9 weeks to go, I am focused, relentless and passionate about doing all I can to be the best that I can be. I hit the gym hard today, going up in every exercise, making every rep count.

Worked legs tonight....think I am going to pass out. OMG! Steve and I had another incredible workout, but boy am I whipped. Did 315# squats for 21 reps tonight. 60 lb. dumbbell lunges. Finished with leg extensions: 180 lbs. for 12. UGH! Can't imagine how I'll feel tomorrow. I am so motivated!

Got myself a new training partner! She is actually a client of my friend Steve's and strong. I am trying to get her to compete.....she is definitely genetically gifted and works out HARD! We trained back and tris yesterday and just having someone else there pushed me harder. I need it right now, since my workouts are getting more difficult to hold on to the same weight and reps. It's a good change of pace for me.

Today I trained calves, hit hamstrings a little, and abs. Had a great training day. Saturday afternoons are always nice at the gym, because there are not many people in the gym. Exactly 8 weeks from today!

OMG! Killer workout today. I trained with my new workout partner, and I don't know if it was having a spotter, the longer rest between sets, or the fact that I had my cheat meal last night, or Dave's diet, but it was a good one! I was stronger than I have ever been. Preacher curls: last set 75bs on the bar for 10 reps, 45 lb dumbbell hammer curls for 8, chest press 120 for 8! Feel great......even enough energy to take my 3 kids and 3 of their friends ice skating today http://siouxcountry.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

If it's Wednesday...it's LEG DAY! And each week I amaze myself. Today we had 5 members of the "Press Party". Leg press that is. The encouragement, motivation, and support from one another makes it possible to exceed your goals. Never in my life would I have ever thought that I would look forward to leg day, but with this group......I can honestly say that I LOVE LEG DAY!

Today's workout:
2 plates on each side for 20
4 plates on each side for 20
6 plates on each side for 25
8 plates on each side for 21
6 plates on each side for 30
Drop set: 6 plates for 20, 4 plates for 10, 2 plates for 10

It is absolutely amazing to me that I did that much, but these guys just push me so hard. I remember before I started training with them how proud of myself I was when I got 8 plates for 6 on my 4th and final set.

My cardio is now up to 80 minutes every morning! UGH! I have started cardio hopping. I do eliptical for 20 min., stair master for 20 min., treadmill for 20 min and back to eliptical for the last 20. I am way too ADD to stay any one place for 80 minutes straight.

Diet is going great, although I didn't lose any weight this week. I still feel great though. Still ahead of where I was last year.

Not feeling the 'love' at home so much lately. My husband, who is usually my biggest fan and support group has been so busy. I know he supports me, but really has been unable to help much with my preparation and with the house and kids. I guess I just miss his involvement as it has been in the past. The kids are so active, constantly wanting/needing to go here and there, get picked up/driven to friends, karate, football, etc. While I am determined to do well and give this everything I got, my family's needs come first. I will not miss the little precious moments of my kids' childhood. As much as I need to train my hardest, I need to be there for my family. They will always come first.

A funny 'me' story real quick:
My daughter was a competitive gymnast, and I am still friendly with one of her old coaches. So, I asked her if maybe she could help me add something 'gymnastical' to my routine, even though I have no gymnastics background whatsoever. She was very excited about helping me and we were trying to find a good time/place to meet. I emailed her today.......it went something like this:
Coach T- While doinng cardio in the mornings I often visual my poses and my routine. You should see me! I can do back flips, back walkovers, splits....you name it! So yesterday, while actually practicing my posing and routine, I thought I would try a back bend....LMAO.....I don't know if this is a good idea!

Needless to say, she wants to give it a shot.......I am ordinarily a very optimistic person, but....don't expect to see anything 'gymnastical' in my routine.
Here are pics from today: my 9 year old son took them (I don't think he will be a photographer when he grows up http://siouxcountry.com/images/smilies/smile.gif )

Many things happened to me in the last few days that caused some self reflection. While this is a journal about my journey as a bodybuilder, training for my first pro qualifier, I think part of this journey, and the success of it, has to do with the events that take place during the journey.

(1) Reading Britt Miller's post the other day about taking a leave from competing. Britt was the 'one' that I 'attached' myself to when I first began competing as a bodybuilder. I began in figure, thinking that I was not the picture of a bodybuilder. After looking at Britt's pictures I saw that bodybuilders were feminine and beautiful, yet muscular. She was from NC, as I am and I used her as a constant motivator. So many of the things she said in her post are true. We do give up so much to compete.

While I know I spend a lot of time training, I have always thought that I made sure that everyone that needed me had what they needed from me. Bodybuilding is so important to me, but it is certainly not my life. I am a mother, a wife, a teacher, a coach, a friend, a sister, a daughter, etc. I just happen to also be a bodybuilder. But I wanted to make sure that I was not being selfish in my love for this sport.

I sat down with my husband to make sure that this was not the case. It is not, he tells me. In fact, it is quite the contrary. I truly believe that there is no other mother that spends more time with their children than I do. Truly. I am with them constantly. They come to and from work with me, as they all attended the school I work at last year, and in fact taught 2 of my children. I attend every game and most practices of all three of my children, I coach my daughter, I am vice-president of the parent council at their karate school, I am room mom every year for at least one of the kids, I make sure that our family traditions are continued, I make breakfast lunch and dinner every night for my family and get together with friends when I can. My friends are the only area in which I can say I may sacrifice during my training. I don't like to go out much. I would much rather have family movie night, or game night with my husband and kids.

After reflecting I have realized that bodybuilding been such an asset to my life. It makes me much more efficient and demands me to use my time wisely. I do plan my day around it, but only to be sure that no one else needs to make sacrifices because of my training.

(2) Another competitor. I ran into an acquaintance of mine at the gym. She is also natural and a competitor. She told me that she was now competing in natural organizations and I asked why. She told me that she was not happy with the placings she was getting from NPC shows, because the other competitors were 'using' and she had put so much time into the sport and wanted to call herself a pro, which she is now after competing in a natural show this year.

I am truly happy for her. But this made me question why I compete. It is not for the status. Sure, any of us would LOVE to get a pro card, but is that why I do it? No. I would LOVE to win my class. But am I going to be devastated if I don't? No. I compete for me. To set a goal and to reach it. To better my physique each year. To feel accomplished, personally. I just simply love the journey. The constant challenges, the relentless discipline. If someone else shows up and has a better physique, well then, props to them. In my opinion, we all work hard. We have all gone through a similar journey. We are all winners. The trophy is simply a material possession to place on the shelf.

(3) My husband. Those of you that have followed my journey know it has been a horrible year, financially, for us. My husband is such an accomplished man, the smartest, hardest working guy I know. Never having done sales, he took a job as a mortgage broker after losing a high paying job and has not made nearly as much money. Well, this month, only his 4th month in the business, he is the top salesman in his company! He's only doing this temporarily, until he can find something with a more substantial salary, but heck! Just goes to show that hard work pays off. He has been working long hours and it is paying off.

As most of you know, when finances are low, problems outside of finances can often occur. As anal as I am about keeping everything in order and having everything done, he too is just as anal about finances. We have the most descriptive budget there is. There are spreadsheets among spreadsheets! Anyway, we have managed to stay 'happy' even in this trying time.

(4) My kids. They are getting big! My youngest is now 7 (although he looks and acts like he is 5). My daughter goes to middle school this year! My middle guy will be in the fourth grade! They weren't kidding when they told me that time flies. They are amazing and are constant reminders of all of the great 'little' stuff in life. Like the attached picture of my youngest, getting ready for his first year of tackle football this year. Simply priceless.

My workouts this week were great. Life is good. Sorry for the long post http://siouxcountry.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Not much to announce, really. I have had a great week of workouts....diet is good.

With only 1 1/2 weeks of summer left, I am trying to squeeze it all in. Fun with the kids, cleaning closets, getting rid of old kid clothes, school shop, etc. I've been back and forth to Myrtle beach 4 times to drop off/pick up the kids. They wanted to spend a few days with grandma before school started back up. Last weekend I spent the most wonderful weekend hanging out with my mother. I realize how important it is that I get down there more often. She is such a positive influence and gives me so much support. I am so lucky to have such a close relationship with her.

And football has begun! Oh.....my absolute favorite thing in the world! To me there is nothing better than watching your little boy play football. My 9 year old will remain on mighty mites as a quarterback and reciever and my 7 year old will play his first year of tackle in tiny mites! While one of the smallest kids on the team, he is determined to play nose guard

I lost .5 lb this week, still feeling strong in the gym.....had another great leg workout with the gang today. Although Monday, the day before my cheat meal I was feeling a little sluggish.......but Tuesday morning I was ready to rule the world. The cheat meal really recharges me! Just hope it stays for a few more weeks.

Attached are progress pics. My 9 year old took them again.....he's getting better

Things are good.....for the most part. I did have quite an anxiety attack yesterday though. With summer coming to a close and the scale not moving much these last few weeks, I am beginning to panic. But with all things considered, this is really the first time and there is only 6 weeks left. I have been having trouble sleeping and have been so tired! I take Somalyze, and it knocks me out, but now when I get up 2 hours to go to the bathroom, I can't get back to sleep! It is making me very cranky

God bless my family! I have a feeling these next weeks may be difficult. Football has begun, and karate is still in the mix, school is starting, which means I have begun my planning for the year. I feel like I am practically living at the gym and am starting to feel the guilt of not being able to do EVERYTHING for my family. Phew.......got that off my chest :) But I do know that it will all work out.... it always does.

My daughter and I worked on my routine today! She really helped! She helped me fill in the gaps and was so excited to be a part of it. She has again found the motivation to get back in the gym and has expressed an interest in going back to gymnastics. Not competitively again, but just to brush up in all of the skills she once had. We will be looking into that this week. Who knows....maybe we'll see her at the Teen, Collegiate Masters Nationals next year in teen fitness?

Still working hard on my posing, in addition to training and have yet to book a hotel in NYC for Team U. Again......so much coming at me at once!

I am having a super day today! Cardio and workout done....still maintaining my strength and my attitude is full go today. It is amazing how your mind one day can be so optimistic and the next a complete disaster! I do know it will be fine.... To motivate me even more, I booked my hotel room today! Holy Comoly! Good thing I moved down south...the prices are outrageous! But I got a great deal at the Best Western Seaport Inn....only $199 a night. I got $100 off per night because I am a teacher, and therefore am a gov't employee!!! At least someone is giving us teachers a break! But $600 for a weekend is not exactly in our budget. Just more motivation to keep moving and working my hardest!!! AND.... I finally broke the 130# barrier today.... weighed in this morning at 129.5! 6 weeks.......4 pounds to go!

OK....after one of my favorite people in the business told me, "Stop your whining!" I realize he's right. But we all know how tricky the mind can be. I promise, no more complaints. It is all positive from here on out!

It's amazing how certain days can start off so much better than others. I honestly believe that sleep plays a huge role in this. I am trying so hard to get the rest I need, but am struggling to find the time, and I have never been much of a napper.

Today was once again, LEG DAY! The dynamics of the group wasn't quite all there today. It may have been the torrential downpour we had today? My strength was as good as ever, but my endurance seemed to die out today. I finished with leg press- 8 plates on each side for 15 and then we continued on with 3 sets of deadlifts 1- 135 for 15, (2) 185 for 10, (3) 225 for 6. Don't get me wrong, it was a great workout! Just didn't have the pizazz it normally does.

Lost a pound this past week and am anticipating Dave's reply. I am imagining my cheat meal is going to be gone soon.

5 1/2 weeks left.....4 pounds to go....I am feeling good.
Pics- again- sorry for my childrens' lack of photography skills.

Greatness that is.....

So, thanks to Jodi@fitweardesigns I will have a new posing suit, in addition to my new evening suit. She is a doll. After viewing my progress in my blog, she insisted I get a new one, claiming as others have that my suit is too big in the butt! LMAO! I know it is.......

If you all need a suit, she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you so much Jodi!

Booked my plane tickets to NYC today, so I am officially all set to go!

With so much excitement in my day, I then went to the gym and had the most killer workout on back and tris! After a rather lethargic leg day yesterday, it felt so good to feel strong today. Wishing you all the kind of day I had today!

And to update my diet....cheats are officially gone and cardio is getting to an insane amount! Game on!

Determined to get to bed at a reasonable time tonight! Back to work on Monday http://siouxcountry.com/images/smilies/frown.gif

Well.....summertime is officially over for me tomorrow. Back to teaching....

I spent most of today trying to figure out how I am going to fit it all in. Since my gym doesn't open until 5am, I will have to do cardio at home for 1 hour and then head over to the gym for another hour of cardio. I have to get the kids on the bus at 7am and then leave from there for work. I'll get home by 3:3o, but kid care doesn't open until 4pm, so my workout will need to be very efficient, because I have to get the kids home, fed and ready for football by 5:40. Practice is from 6-8pm four days a week, with karate on the one day there is not practice. Nights will be for grading papers, planning, etc. Saturday mornings will be spent on the football fields. Sundays I get all the meals for the week cooked. I told my husband that I will see him sometime in late September.

Another test of my strength.....game on! I am so focused and ready to do this! After all, you can do anything for 5 weeks, right? I will.

I had a talk with the family over dinner tonight, apologizing ahead of time for the insanity they are about to witness. They are all so great and are on board to help out during the final stages of my prep.

Wish me luck! Need to get my rest for sure.......

Go...go...go....until I can't go no more!

Honestly, I am slowing down. Feeling it big today. Crazy week, with school starting and getting the kids acclimated to a new schedule, as well as myself. I think I was actually sleeping during the first hour of cardio this morning and did legs today with little energy. Weights decreased and required more rest between sets, but finished :) Going to sleep right now! Need it bad.

Attached are today's pics......

Had a MUCH better day today than yesterday. Still feeling a bit sluggish, but I think that is to be expected considering my chaotic schedule, cardio and training.

Trained shoulders today and am still seeing a decrease in weight, but trying to make up for it in drop sets. Still felt the need for longer rests between sets, but overall had a good training session. Beginning to see big differences and new veins appearing daily http://siouxcountry.com/images/smilies/smile.gif Gotta love the veins. My spirits are high and I am mentally strong.

Getting posing coaching Friday and going to a posing clinic next weekend.

4 1/2 weeks to go http://siouxcountry.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Sorry for the long post http://siouxcountry.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Please don't apologize.

Baseball, basketball, NASCAR, etc. all get page after page of text on the "heroes" of those sports while bodybuilding is ignored, so these forums serve as our Sports Illustrated.

Great to read your story! Wishing you and your family continued success!

OK..... so I have not posted in what seems like ages. I apologize for anyone that had been following along. All is well, I just do not have ANY spare time these days.

Getting a new school year off and running is quite time consuming. As a gifted education specialist I am in charge of all of the testing at the school, as well as the scoring of them. This is in addition to working with students. I am also heading 3 committees at school and have had to get those underway.

I am at the gym between 3 1/2 - 4 hours a day and the rest is spent juggling the schedules of my children between football, baseball and karate. Adjusting to the new school schedule has been a shock to the family, but we are all going fine.

I imagine it will only get worse before it gets better, but like always, it will all work out in the end. So forgive me for leaving you hanging! I will be on stage in NYC in less than 3 weeks!

It may be until then that I can post again! Good luck to all of you!

So, can you squat over 400lbs for 1 rep? I'm being serious.

Thanks! I wish I would've seen you! So close, but yet so far!!! Oh well. My 5 months of discipline, training and dieting was blown in just 5 minutes. My prejudging was certainly a disappointment to me! I was not at my best.

The cartwheel in the routine was added by my daughter :) She helped me choreograph it!

LOL! Yes... I can squat 400lbs. :) Only did it once, for 3 reps. I just don't want to hurt myself, so i have decided to let that be the one and only time!
