WWE Hall of Famer, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, was arrested this morning around 1:00am and charged with DUI, reports TMZ.com. Piper failed a field sobriety test in Hollywood and was taken in by Hollywood police. Piper was still in custody as of noon today with bail set at $5,000.

TMZ.com is reporting that WWE Legend, Roddy Piper is facing criminal charges from his recent DUI bust on July 2. He has been charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence and one count of driving without a valid license, and faces a maximum of 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine. His hearing in court is tomorrow.

"Rowdy" Roddy Piper just plead not guilty to both charges he's facing from a DUI bust in Hollywood earlier this month.

Roddy was charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence and one count of driving without a valid license stemming from a late night arrest in Hollywood on July 2nd.

If the 55-year-old wrestling legend is convicted, he faces a maximum of 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Roddy's case will go back to court next month.
