if you compete or have competed, how did you train?
westside or something else?
did you specialize in one lift?

i started getting into powerlifting but my trainer was a pro strongman....
i have coached special olympics powerlifters.
used westside....my strongman training is a hybrid of mike miller's ESP training.

Raw. Design my own regimen, not similar to anything i've seen really.
Haven't competed yet.
