Palumbo should have done an "in the trenches" video on steve blechman working those photoshopped arms with a pair 2.5 pound plates on each side of an E-Z curl bar.

Without a doubt! Kai was sporting the shades to cover up those enlarged pupils.

I hate to be a stickler here but Vic Martinez mis-quoted...Rakim performed Don't Sweat the Technique...not Big Daddy Kane...
