I'm 36 and been training since I was 28. I started out at 300 got down as far as 165 and now I'm at 226. I think I've tried every workout routine and diet out there. Right know I want to get down to 200. I have 45 minutes 5 days a week gym time and will have to squeeze in cardio when I can.

LOL maybe as strong as a cow. Legs are my best body part. Today I wasn't at my best. It took a couple of reps on every set to get the weight positioned just right. That took it out of me. I've been doing a lot of deadlifts and less squats lately. Working on some much needed back thickness. I need to get back into the swing of squatting.

Back to that ladder thing I have never used one but back in the mid 80s I was training at a Bally's fitness and they got two of the original stairmasters with the revolving stairs.Nobody had ever seen one and everyone wanted to do it.It was so crowded you had to sign up on a clipboard and they would call your name when it was your turn. The funny thing is it was harder than anyone thought and after a couple of weeks you didnt have to sign in or wait. You could just get on it anytime you wanted to.

I can stick to low carb everywhere we go eat except for pizza places.I eat alot of steaks and green vegetables at resturants and eggs and sausage at Waffle house. We even have a favorite hamburger joint where I will get a burger and salad but not eat the bun. It's hard to eat low carb at a pizza place so we dont go often and when we do I just say fuck it.

I went off the reservation but got back on track Monday. If I could just get my eating where it should be I be happy. I'm in the best athletic performance shape in a long time so with a good diet I'd be where I wanted to be.

I don't want to be shredded ( the doesn't care for me being extremely lean) but more like the old school Clint Walker look.

Pizza in California? Even movies joke about pizza in California being topped with broccoli (Inside Out for example).

Just clomid which is prescribed because I have poor absorption of the gels and I have kids and don't want to take a chance of exposing them or my wife. I'm concerned about my estrogen since the weight loss has really stalled and libido is slighty down but my doc won't test it and I doubt he'd prescribe an aromatase inhibitor if needed. I've been in contact with a clinic that seems might be a good fit for me.
