Ingredients:
1 tart apple, thinly sliced
1/3 cup golden raisins
1 tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cups fat-free egg substitute
Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat skillet over medium heat. In a medium bowl, mix apples, raisins, walnuts, honey & cinnamon. Lightly cover skillet with cooking spray & saute mixture for 2-3 minutes. Pour egg substitute into pan covering for 2-3 minutes without stirring, & serve. Serve two.
Nutrition Facts:(per serving)
288 calories, 24g protein, 38g carbs, 4g fat.
Tip: Use almonds if you don't like walnuts.
