Hernia?

I had one when I was so young I can't remember, but I'm kinda scared I've got one again. Anybody have one before?

Symptoms: a sharp pain a few weeks ago when I was sitting (kinda like a cramp) and now it's fine, except it almost feels like the skin is mildly stretching a bit. Nothing extremely painful, and most of the time it's nothing. Nothing protruding or anything.

Is it possible I just strained my ab muscles?

Nah. In fact it's not even an issue anymore. Just a twinge here and there, but nothing serious.
