5 oz. can chunk white albacore tuna
1 tbsp. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. red onion, chopped
1/4 cup red grapes, quartered
1 whole-wheat tortilla (low-carb variety)

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Place tuna mixture in tortilla & fold.
