For those coffee lovers!

This is something I stumbled across on, see I love coffee especially flavored ones.... Now when us bodybuilders, figure, fitness athelete are in prep mode we have to drink it black which I like but not the same as having some flavor... Ok here it goes maybe some of u guys have been doing this maybe not... But when I'm having my shake I use izolyze I trow in the blender about 10oz of ice, than add water 2 scoops of either vanilla icecream izolyze, or chocolate milk izolyze.... Than 2 stevia and 1 splenda and you have a delicious coolata... Low carb and better than starbucks...

Oooppss.. Sorry forgot to add the instant coffee to the reciepe I use folgers or u can use regular coffe and add the ice blende add the protein and the stevia or splenda

I just mix cold coffee, ice and either chocolate or vanilla protein powder to make a coffee shake. It's a good pick-me-up while still sticking to the diet.

Like Sally Anne, I use cold coffee too. I drink some coffee in the morning and the left over, I can mix with protein powder and ice.

I use stevia and splenda cause I like the way the mixure tastes..

probably also because you are on keto diet and you have to watch how much splenda you use so you mix it.....am I right??
