Hi everyone,

My weight is 190, I'm 5'10.

What are you thoughts? This is without a pump.

Wow thanks Curt! I've always been worried about my condition (not lean enough), so it's good to know you think I'm up to scratch. This is my default bodyfat level, so it's great to know I won't need to cut down further.

Thanks again!

Why physique?

Why physique?

Don't think I'm big enough for bbing... and I have Tendinosis in both knees, so can't bring my legs up, I don't train legs heavy at all anymore. Haven't for 6-8 months rehabing and physio. :/

personally i think you may want to be a little more lean but you would probably still do well now.

You're welcome but I'm not presenting myself as some expert. You definitely won't embarrass yourself. No doubts there.

How you stack up against the competition will have to wait until you see who else steps on stage and where they're at. All the best.

I know I'm very late posting, but I got an email to come back and put in a reply or two, so here I am. How did you fare in the competition? Yep, your legs could with some more muscle and ditch the physique modeling. There are many supplements on the shelves you can take and there are foods that can aid you also. I have both OA and RA. Bone on bone and partial paralysis of hands, scoliosis of the back, neck fracture c1 and c2. I had the shit for creeping on me for years and it laid me out really good. A walking cripple, but I've decided that this old man is going back to gym. I'm not going to let some physical afflictions keep me from winning something in bodybuilding. I wouldn't care if it's a certificate of competing. It's something.
So this old man is going to bust ass and train for a 60's and over Masters competition.
I may not squats, but the gym has plenty of leg machines that that you can do at different angles. Something you can do to get those legs ups. Do this: you are in the gym for say an hour. "Think out the box" and train those legs 3 days a week. Quads, hams, calves, and soleus. See you on stage.

He hasn't been back since 2014. But I am sure he would appreciated your late comments.
