How long does igf-1 stay elevated after stopping hgh?

I need to LOWER my igf-1 levels prior to bloodwork. Any ideas on how to do this, or how long to stay off hgh

IGF-1 only stays elevated for a few hours post injection of hGH. Your liver converts the GH you inject into IGF-1 which circulates for a few hours and that's it. So if you've stopped your GH your IGF-1 levels won't be elevated.
