I measured my arms flexed but cold this morning: 16 7/8 upper and 14 forearms.
I flexed and flexed and flexed trying to get to 17, but just couldn't get it. The flexing I did on the forearms worked, I got to 14" after a few tries!
I will be pounding the shit out of my arms for the next few months, I have got to get 17"!!! lol
Triceps 75%, biceps 25%. Does that sound like a good plan on arm day?
