I see a lot of guys talking about carb cycling, keto, high or low days and a whole bunch of other stuff i dont know about.

so heres my questions/ situation-

i eat every 2-3 hours
supplement with whey and creatine

how many carbs do i really need?

***also, i see people always talking about fats. fats this or fats that... what are these fat sources?

how can I effectively measure things out and regulate myself?

My fat source usually come from, fat in lean steaks, mac nut oil, natural peanut butter, and the fat in salmon. When it comes to carbs, I would say it all depends on the person, are you trying to put on some weight? Are you trying to drop weight? What do you weigh? How sensitive are you to carbs?

start with 1g per pound and always have healthy fats with them except post workout.
