RX,

I've had a problem with oxygen circulation for most of my life I'm assuming and I think I'm on the brink of getting things figured out.

Here's a look at my lab results. What do you think should be done?

Note I have been taking Homocysteine Resist (http://www.lef.org/vitamins-supplements/item01435/homocysteine-resist) two times per day. Just recently I started using it three times per day and plan to repeat the labs in the next 30 days.

Also note I believe the lack of oxygen circulation has been the reason my calves and forearms never grew. For example I was able to go 5x5 for 405 on squats but struggled with 1/4 of the machine weights on standing calve raises.

Any input would be appreciated.

I am a Respiratory therapist and all those labs look perfectly normal to me? What makes you think you have "Low oxygen"?

I used to get purple splotches on me when I was lifting really heavy weight in the gym. The doc said it's muscle that's not getting enough oxygen. Since I started taking homocysteine resist though it seems to have gone away. Pretty miraculous really.

Now I'm just trying to make sure everything looks good. Ideally I'd like the labs to be perfect just to be on the safe side.
