Dave, in all seriousness the first episode was great. I think it has a lot of potential. I would also request HMR to go for 3 hours as I am dieting and am doing a lot of cardio (serious) The radio shows are really good. It would also be interesting to ask some of teh stars you interview about special exercises, hints, tips and supplements they have had success with. (Like you and orthotics) which I now use. I also would like to hear a show where Author L Rea and Dr Connelly have a sort of friendly debate about maximising muscle growth!!
