My plans after high school were to play college football, but suffering a hip flexor injury convinced me to re-evaluate what my plans in the fall were going to be. I chose to stay in my home town and attend our local college. About half way through my first semester I was introduced to a few 'serious weight lifters'. We had begun to workout together because I was already in pretty good shape and pound for pound one of the strongest in that gym. So we decided to mix my power lifting methods combined with their more bodybuilder type of routine....the results for both parties were tremendous. Over a 3 yr time I had put on 50 solid pounds of muscle....and I say 3 years because I am fully aware of the negative health effects caused by abuse of any gear. So I took the slow road with my gear, kinda ironic actually. Over my 3 yr training time I was self-administering 1mg of Test-P once a wk, 4 times a month. So a total of 4mg of Test-P a month. Other supplements I used were a combination of proteins, pre-workouts and some different kinds of creatine I believe. This was a while ago so I'm not 100% on what type of creatine or the brand that I had used. That is why I look some what water logged in my transformation picture. Any advice or info is welcome. Thanks.

I don't actually know my gear stuff too well but isn't 1mg a week basically NO EXTRA Test?

That's basically TRT dose. Most Test P (Prop) comes in a 100mg/ml concentration.
Transformation was great but Boulda, Prop has a very short half life. It should be administered at least every 2-3 days.
Your T levels were actually like a giant roller coaster.
