Umm no... but I'm gonna now! :D

I finally bought mustard this week. After seeing Colette's cooking video with the mustard and the tilapia, I've been wanting to try it... I need to change it up. So bored with plain or peppered chicken!

I would try just about anything to cover up the taste of chicken. Thats why I get premarinated chicken in the offseason that is really hot and spicy.

here ya go! collettes thread is great with a cauliflower recipe I make alll the time and plus eggbake thats so good!! check her thread out! she has all kinds of ideas and things to try...

I used to EAT tilapia all the time.. NOW orange roughy is my favorite. TRY IT.. Trader Joes FROZEN wild Orange ROUGHY is awesome.

TIN FOIL
OVEN - BROIL
Put it in a bath of SOY SAUCE, sprinkle Paprika and take a half empty bottle of mustard and fill with some water ... pour that over the fish. Then.. add 1 packet of STEVIA BALANCE to the TOP

BROIL for like 10 min or until top is crispy.

Unbelievable.

Tilapia is the "affordable alternative" but NOTHING touches Orange Roughy for flavor. I go even simpler - broil w/ some Old Bay seasoning. Unbelievable. And this is coming from a former avid scuba diver from South FL where I caught my own lobster and knew who shot the fish we were eating on what reef that afternoon. In terms of white fish, the only thing that beats Orange Roughy is Hog Snapper, and that you have to spear if you want some. You won't find it at Trader Joes.

I havent had orange roughy in so long but it is sooo good......when dieting you just have to make sure its the lean one....I have found some that were lean and some that were high in fat! yummy!
