i wish every gym had a reverse hyper.

i wish every gym had a reverse hyper.

Coffee's has a reverse hyper.

If you want a good variation of good mornings, you should try them seated on a flat bench. It really stresses the lower back and doesn't allow you to swing or cheat yourself.

one of these days i will come up there...

oh yeah...forgot my fav version of good mornings.

seated zercher on a 12" box. used a 140lb sandbag.
helped my stones immensely.

speaking of zerchers....

i do them from varying heights in a power rack.

I like these both a lot. 6 months of box squats enabled me to finally use my hamstrings when deadlifting and not feel any pain in my lower back.

Really good article though

have found i get a good carryover in my deads from box squats.

I couldn't agree more, I wish every gym did have a reverse hyper, I could see my gym getting one down the road though

make sure they buy the biggest one...be surprised how much you can put on one.
a gym i used to go to ended up with 2 because of that
