This HMR was excellent !
And What they say about intra workout and later on the show about overtraining is so true. They explain it well, in a sensible way. But i'm sure even people who listen to this show will continue to work out 2/3 hours at the gym, or go everyday no day off, under sleep (even if they can sleep more) and try ogus pogus supplements etc. They hear the message but they really do not listen to it.

On another note, Apple’s quarterly sales jumped 30% after selling almost 75 million iPhones (74.7 Billion in quarterly sales). I guess the new IPHONE 6+ is doing well!
