So I've had the lucky opportunity to be picked to log for Dynamic Formulas.Its an extreme thermogenic called ThermoCore.
My stats:6'0 205 around 12% bf
Age 35
Training 5 days a week
Wednesday, Sunday are off days
Calorie consumption is at 4100 daily. Currently on a very clean bulk.Not looking for a bunch of weight loss on this but to remain relatively lean during my bulk.
Day 1:Woke up had a good breakfast, started getting ready for for gym hr after eating. Drank 1 capsule of the ThermoCore with my RagNOrok pwo.waited about a half hr them headed to gym.15min ride there. By the time I got there wow.super energetic, was zooming. Crazy energy and felt super strong. Core felt warmer about 20 mins into the workout started sweating real good.At no time did I feel nauseous. Completely destroyed that workout.Then once done got ready for work. It put me in a super good, happy energetic mood.work went by really fast and was very productive. .About 5 hrs later there was a mild crash. Nothing to bad just felt tired.Had a coffee felt fine. So first day was good on it.Liked it alot.

Last two days I've taken a capsule in the morning with my coffee and one before my workout. There is definitely a thermo effect with this product. About 30 mins after taken you literally feel your body get warmer.not an uncomfortable warm, but you Def can tell.the energy is very good, feels clean.its not like so strong you feel sick but definitely gets your ass moving. My favorite time is before my workout. I've been destroying it in the gym on this and my RagNOrok Elite preworkout. Like I mentioned earlier I'm not trying to get shredded of this product as I'm not cutting til April but I am trying to minimize bf% gained during bulk and get extra energy and endurance throughout the day and in the gym. Working great so far!

So this morning was weighing in at 206 which is good I'm averaging about 2 lbs a week increase. At this point. This summer I had cut down to 186 so I've definitely put on some good quality gains and have remained relatively lean.So I took a full pump of the andro 300 to start the morning off.I slept great last night too.I had a small breakfast started getting ready to do shoulders today. Took my usual RagNOrok Elite preworkout (which is great btw) and ThermoCore by Dynamic Formulas.Such a great combo the RagNOrok and ThermoCore, energy is very good with the two combined

didnt log for a few days due to weather here and super busy with school and work but gonna update now. .so woke up feeling great, alot of energy, libido was ridiculous. Felt mildly dehydrated though. Gonna up the water intake.Besides that everything is going great . sleeping great and feeling energized. did biceps and triceps today.great workout was very focused, energy was awesome.Took my RagNOrok Elite preworkout and ThermoCore by Dynamic Formulas for my added energy and focus..Love that stack together

Like I've mentioned previously just shooting for keeping fat to a minimum on this bulk with ThermoCore not recomp Still maintaining my daily 4200 cals.diet is really on point this yr. Super clean.I always notice my body warm up quite a bit and get a good sweat and a crap load of energy. Very little crash.been taken it in the a.m. and then before gym with my RagNOrok Elite preworkout. So here we go.

As usual took my ThermoCore in the a.m to get the day started. Thinking I'm gonna up to two instead of one body is starting to get used to it. Have been getting some mild headaches after it where's off but nothing to bad.no jitters or stomach nausea at all.as busy as I am this product has definitely helped with my energy and motivation. Endurance as well.

Woke up super tired today.slept like crap.i napped on and off til about noon.forced myself to workout. Had a coffee with two ThermoCore and pushed through. Was just off today. . .guess what? The gym turned that **** right around.

Back on track baby! Woke up this morning had a great breakfast. 6 eggs(whole), sweet potato home fries, turkey sausage and some coffee and a fat burner ThermoCore. Had a couple clients I had to train at powerhouse this morning then I went at it.
I'm scaling back my workouts a bit because I'm burning massive amounts of calories due to lots and lots of sets and only like 30 to 45 second rest periods

All lifts were mostly up from last chest session. Definitely was beneficial cutting some things out and giving extra time I was basically doing strength endurance. Great for cutting not for maximum size
