I had no problem with his old most muscular, like this one from the 2011 NY PRO. But he started listening to too many people about looking narrow and having his shoulders flatten out, especially when Jay and Phil had really wide most-muscular poses next to him.

I also liked his old hands behind the back pose. Of course Shawn Ray's version is the best, but I thought it worked well for Kai. Full view of the quad feathers and huge, peaked biceps, while keeping his shoulders level and looking round and full. And he also has very good upper/lower separation in his chest. Most guys don't have that anymore.

*Brandon Curry also looks very good in this most muscular pose. Maybe we'll get to see it in South Africa.

Surprised nobody mentioned Bonac. His MM is freaky as hell for being a good but smaller than some of the monsters mentioned here. Dude is absolutely packed with muscle in that shot.
