If you had not found this thing that we all do, where do you think you would be right now?

Fat and depressed... never feeling like I 'fit' in anywhere.

I would have never met a person I consider a good friend GM... let alone all the wonderful people I've met via these type of forums. And I wonder if I would be where I am at today mentally??? probably not....

I'd have a shit load of free time on my hands. :D

I honestly don't know. It's actually kind of hard to remember what life was like 'before'.

Either scuba diving or in a rubber room w/ a very long-sleeved jacket w/ nice buckles on.

Probably curled up in a knot of pain somewhere and miserable as all hellz. I may suffer from DOMS...but trust me, they are NOTHING compared to some of the fibro-flares that have incapacitated me and sent me to the ER.

I agree. I started getting into lifting at 18 and I can't really remember what I did with myself before that. BEcause ever since then its just been an interest, which grew into a hobby, which grew into an obsession/addiction, lifestyle that I now am knee deep in daily. I don't know what I'd do without the gym, or these forums or my webcamming or my website or any of this fitness stuff I do.... I really don't remember what the hell I did with myself before the gym :) lol.

I'd be eating Oreos.... but I wouldn't appreciate just how good they are like I do now.

Always been active even before bb, from age 3 I was a gymnast so it was everyday after school straight to gymnastics 4 or 5 days a wk.... I've always had that discipline in my life, never had a period in my life where I had the option to get lazy. After I quit gymnastics got gym membership & started lifting which progressed to teaching classes then to competing. Wouldn't do anything differently, even though I bitch about dieting..I love my lifestyle!
