Strongman Derek Poundstone calls in to update us on how he did at FORTISSIMUS (2nd stop on the Triple Crown of Strongman).

Bodybuilding legend, Bill Grant, drops by to update us on this year’s NPC Bill Grant Classic. Don’t miss Bill since we’re sure to get a good Arnold story from the old days, as well.

Week after week at the end of each HMR show I tell my self, THIS ONE was the best show John and Dave have done, theres no way they can top this show, and then next week another GREAT SHOW, and Me telling my self the same thing, GREAT JOB GUYS, keep it up....

I pushed MATT KROC to next week. His interview I taped in our studio was so fantastic, I didn't want to throw him into such a good show. When his interview airs next week, peoople will lose their mind!

DEREK is great.......LINDSAY's always a character...........and BILL GRANT tells a hysterical ARNOLD story from back in the day!

I can't wait for the next weeks, Matt Kroc seems to tell it like it is, at least that's what I got from some of the interviews of his on youtube

Dave i'm a big fan of strongman and was wondering if rxmuscle could do a week long iron asylum training seris of all of Derek poundstone's training for the up coming world's strongest man competion and the way he eat's too, It would be super awsome for everyone to know how he trains and eat's!!!!!:D

Great Show guys. you see what happens Dave when you dont have a Diego around
when you're starving. I mean come on not even a shake for 6 hours unacceptable if I was there (sorry busy that Saturday) you would of had some Arroz con Pollo some Steak and potato and whatever else I cooked. Next time (maybe the USA's)

Thanks for the link, I'm pretty sure that was it.

It looked like he had no chance at the start, then old mate started celebrating as if he'd won. Then somehow Derek gets it up, crazy stuff.

Just listening right now.

My first ever job was at a Burger King when I was 16. The burgers are flame broiled, you take these thin, frozen, shitty patties, and put them on a conveyor belt that carries them over the open flame for a set period of time. If you want anything edible at BK be sure to ask for "fresh". The burgers can sit in the warming containers forever if the guys in back make too many ahead of time. The chocolate shakes are good.

BK's alright but I love me some McD's.
