About 7 years ago, I was hit head on by a drunk driver. I suffered a SEVERE fracture to my left leg and a torn ACL. As a result of the fracture, I now have a titanium rod the length of my femur and suffer from some occasional hip pain (deadlifts seem to irritate). My ACL is still severed. Years ago I was given a full release to train, including squat, etc.

I am now considering entering my first comp in about a year and my left leg is still lagging behind my right somewhat noticeably. My current leg routine is as follows:

Smith Squats 4 sets of 6-8 reps
Hack Squats 4 sets of 10 reps
Leg Extensions 3 sets of 10 reps (one leg at a time)
Lying leg curls 3 sets of 10 reps (one leg at a time)
Seated Toe Raises 4 sets of 12 reps

My left hamstring (the injured leg) is stronger than the right, but the quad is somewhat weaker and small, particularly the outer sweep.

Any suggestions?????? THANKS
