TIME: 12:00PM (Saturday LW Only) 1:00PM (Sunday HW Only)
WEIGH-INS: 10:00AM-1:00PM and 5:00-7:00PM Friday 9-10:30AM (Saturday)
RULES: Rules meeting for ALL athletes will be at 7:15PM in same location as weigh-ins, at contest hotel.
LOCATION: Pelican Park; Carencro, LA
HOTEL: Holiday Inn, Lafayette, LA number and rate will be announced
DIVISIONS: Light weight and Heavy weight
Events:
Log C&P for Reps/ (LW 230, HW 300)60 seconds, Clean each rep
Tire Flip/ (LW 700, HW 800)/ 60 feet, 60 seconds
Yoke Walk/ Farmer medley (LW 700/250, HW 800/280)/ 50’ each, 60 seconds Pirogue Boat Carry/Load/drag Medley (Keg Carry 250/300, Sandbag Carry 250/300, then drag boat 50’. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pirogue) Boat weighs 100 pounds empty.
Atlas Stone Load (LW 230-260-300-330-360; HW- 260-300-330-360-380) 52” LW, 54” HW Weight Class Winners will be Selected (175, 200, 231, 265, 300, SHW) Overall LW and HW Selected
