thought this might be of interest to newbies and change-seekers alike.
a local company here in saint louis has developed a new web site dedicated to beginner and intermediate fitness enthusiasts: http://www.discoveranewyou.com
the site consists of a library of videos made by local trainers (including one local celebrity) as well as a host of tools designed to let you track your results. the videos that you string together can be downloaded and ripped to DIXV HD, or straight to your iPod.
there are also forums/boards for users - but i would stick to using the tools, and keep your conversations here.
check it out, it's free and it's well put together.
p.s. though i do not get anything out of it but pride of authorship, i will admit that my firm named and designed the brand, as well as the site interface... :D
