Iron brothers...this week we are talking about bridging between cycles on evo....our author Mike Snow has written the first 2 parts of this series of articles...

Part 2: Understanding Post Cycle Therapy: http://www.evolutionary.org/understanding-post-cycle-therapy/

Part 1: Introduction to Bridging: http://www.evolutionary.org/bridging-in-bodybuilding-an-introduction/

...what do you iron brothers think of bridging during cycles?

the younger generation of steroid user definitely has the mentality of staying on year round and 'blasting' with a gram of gear a week.. its ridiculous
their reasoning is "we don't see the point".. well no shit, coming off is hard.. but you need to give the body a break

Great article Mike. Really in-depth and well written.

One of the biggest mistakes I see new steroid users make is to cut corners when it comes to their PCT protocol's. When you cycle steroids, it's almost a '2 steps forward 1 step back' approach. Without a well laid out PCT protocol, you can loose almost everything you gained while on cycle.

The reverse is also true. A well laid out PCT protocol will make you keep almost everything you gained while on cycle.

I use and recommend the perfect PCT protocol: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

Sometimes I ask myself during PCT, why... But I have to think about my long term health
