Not a meal, but a nice carb free addition to a meal.
Real simple to make.
1 or 2 Anchovies diced up
table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
table spoon of red wine vinegar
table spoon of Dijon mustard
a clove or two of garlic minced or chopped
as many dashes of hot sauce you like
Mix it up and you've got a nice healthy dressing without the added filler.
As always, tweak it to your liking. Recipes are only guidelines.
I'll be making this in a little while to add to my steak and salad. Low carb days suck.:(
