Just tried the cookies & cream quest nutrition bar.

I was impressed! It actually tasted like cookies and cream ice cream. With real cookie bits inside too. I can see why Dave likes it cause of the less than 1 gram of sugar and wopping double digit fiber contents. The only thing I think it needed more of was protein; with only 21 grams I would of liked to see around 30 grams. Not sure if it's 11 or 13 grams. Overall great tasting and healthy for you.

Quest bars ARE impressive! If you haven't tried the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor I highly recommend them, they're my teenage daughter's fave. I personally like the coconut cashew but I've been told I have strange tastebuds.
