Yeah,he generally doesn't use much weight, but i thought banging 140x11 reps on shoulder press with decent ROM is quite impressive.Plus he doesn't get them handed.

What,s outstanding about Kirk's squat form is his fairly close, bodybuilding style, foot stance :eek:
However I gotta say i find his 800lb x 5 squat even more inspiring; it's here towards the end.................

Don't forget that he is only wearing single ply gear and he walks the weight out, instead of taking it from a monolift... No hating on the monolift, I use it and love it, but it's a lot harder when you have to walk it out

I like his technique, it's different. Starting with a moving bar is interesting, but it's hard to break old habits.
