just wanted to have the first post in this section.

What do you guys think about all those articles you find in magazines that say if you do this work out for X min a day for 7 days you will gain 1.5 inches on your arms???

any truth to these claims?

Is it those carb depletion protocols?If so,you might have a modest temporary increase once you carb load/overload.
