I would.As a matter of fact,i did,before i ever got insurance.

I lift raw though and do not use drugs, so i feel my risks are much lower.

I just got ins. through the wife about 1.5 years ago. up to that point I was training without it.

I have not been able to get health insurance for years. Hasn't stopped me from strength training. I just had to take the necessary precautions and not push myself through injuries.

You don't need a doc to get ur meds, but a severly torn bicep is tough to patch up at home.

fucking a i would.. there are enough vet supply on line stores to heal pulled or torn muscles :)
