View Full Version : Mass Gain Chicken & Rice Shake

Approx. 2 lbs of chicken breast
2 Cups cooked white rice
Chicken Bullion (if desired)
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
Salt to taste

Boil chicken breast for 30 minutes while cooking rice (add bullion to water)
Place chicken, rice, and enough stock (the water used to boil the chicken in) to achieve desired consistency in blender and allow to cool in refreigerator
Once cooled to at below room temperature, blend on high (or "Puree" if your blender has it) until pureed
Add garlic, onion, and salt and blend in
Chill in refrigerator and drink when necessary

Approx. 2 servings
Per serving:
75g carbs
50g protein
2g fat

Not the greatest tasting thing in the world, but it gets the chicken and rice down, especially if you don't feel like cooking a real meal.
