Ingredients:
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
1 serving of Kashi Go Lean Crunch
1 cup of skim milk

Directions:
Simply mix 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein with 1 cup of skim milk in a glass using a spoon. Pour one serving of Kashi Go Lean Crunch & the mixed milk into a bowl & enjoy.

Nutritional Facts:
41g protein, 51g carbs, 8g fiber, 4g fat (1g of saturated fat)

have done this before post workout when bulking its a good treat especially if u miss cereal!
