Iron brothers...not sure how many younger guys have heard of Don Howorth...but in his day he was an amazing bodybuilder...remember him being one of the 1st in the world to be Mr. O level...here's a good profile about him:

Honestly, I have never heard of him until just now. Great body and beautiful lines. Interesting article.

My favourite part of the article was the ending. At 80 years old he is giving back and working with high school kids and teaching the benefits of lighting weights. I think it's really important for all young adults (especially men) to get into weights or sports as a stress relief. All of my friends in high school who were passionate about a sport or weight lifting stayed out of trouble. The kids with too much time on their hands always ended up getting into drugs.
