too bad more guys don't use this instead of hyping up on caffeine pre workout. would be far better for their sleep

Sounds like a great alternative to caffeine. Similar endurance and fat loss benefits, but much easier on the adrenal glands.


I might add it into my pre workout stack: 3 tablets of D-spark from n2bm.com + 1 b100 vitamin + a small cup of coffee + 200mg of amentoflavone
