As I have matured in my bodybuilding life, I have become much more of a fan of the slower, leaner, milder gainers such as tbol, eq, anavar. I just find that I am much more patient when it comes to gains. I don't care much for the water weight and high blood pressure that comes with dbol. However, if you are just looking for a quick bulk with massive strength and don't mind side effects, dbol is your better bulker.

I agree to what everyone else has posted. I prefer tbol much more then dbol. I feel that is still largely unknown and most users haven't heard of it. I highly recommend people trying it for a kick start to a lean mass cycle. A dosage of 30mg/day is a good starting point.


You will want to use an AI when running it (I recommend aromasin at 10mg EOD) and a liver aid as it is a carbon 17 alpha alkylated oral steroid and thus liver toxic. The liver aid I recommend is n2guard from n2bm.com

Tbol is underrated. it hink guys do not run it right in a stack.

Dbol for bulk but I tend to like tbol better because I experience less sides. I dont tend to run gear with nasty sides but more power to you if your body can handle the harsher stronger drugs
