I'm thinking of taking some extra days off this week b/c I feel my body needs it. I've been training 18 months straight now. my plan is to train 3 days Monday to Wednesday and to take Thursday - Sunday off. OCD or w/e I just like going to gym and pushing myself through to a higher level
My question is do you guys do any cardio during a week off ?
