The venue was really impressive. Even nonbodybuilding types were impressed with it all. Just a great time.

Tami made the middleweight class which was 132 and under. The day of the show they decided to change the weight classes. She ended up a heavy giving up 25-30 lbs to the other ladies. Many people were a bit confused about this whole deal. The flyers, sign ups and even their posted class sheets in the backstage had the weight classes at the formerly understand cutoffs. She did well still placing 3rd. She is off to North Americans as a middleweight. Look out Tammy P...LOL just kidding. But Tami wanted the national experience.

Upper is great. Lower is still too soft. Not sure what is up with that. But I think she did well. She seems to have this mentally figured out for herself. Lots of cardio and dieting.

Hey. Yes, I did. Dropped alot of weight to compete. 50 lbs. Came in very lean and better conditioning but lost alot of upper body size. I had fun though. Placed 3rd.

I think she looks great - some really nice upper body size and her back is killer. When she gets her butt tightened up, she'll be a solid MW competitor! I predict her weight in the low 120's for NA's.

Hope she can. We thought about working with Yohimbine HCL as well to help. She is doing 3 hours a day or cardio again. She weighed in at 131 but does need to get lighter obviously. Thanks she really worked her back ALOT again. All that is a torn rotator and bad lower back. Very proud of her...and total attitude change. She enjoyed herself and the people around her. She brought her best...thats all you can ask.

Actually Tucson had alot of competitiors. I think in the mens open all of them made the finals in their classes.

It's not really all that much weight to lose (part of it will be water) - I think she'll be fine. Maybe 5 pounds + water?

What gym are you going to in Tucson? I sometimes go to the Golds on Speedway when I'm in the area. I will probably be back your way in a month or so. I start prep for Nationals on Monday, so am staying close to home for a while until I get adjusted to diet/training.

Mile's team fucks somebody every show and he will not give you a new trophy. The best I've seem him do is give you a new engraved plate to stick on the trophy you get.

i have seen dave henrys videos, i think scott is his traning partner no? he looks good. i saw pics at usas. scott won a great az show and didnt even place top 10. thats how deep the competition at the national level is
