i was to make my my abs thick mainly the my lower part

who has done this and when did you see results

why in hell would someone want to make there abs thicker? if anything you would like to make 'em small and more stream lined. thicgker abs = thicker waist line. But, if you hell bent on this do weighted rev. crunches and / or hanging leg raise.

He means thicker as in depth, not width.

I honestly just have thick abs but i feel deads and squats helped alot. I also only do heavy weighted excersises for abs. I never do abs without weight. I do standing rope crunchs, seated crunch machine and knee raises with a dumbell between my feet. I also train them 1x a week and treat them the same way i treat any other muscle. I also really focus on the contraction at the top and a really slow negitive. Even when my bf% is higher then it should be you can still see my abs pushing through.

In your case i would focus on alot of heavy weighted knee raises and any abs machine that raise your knees to your chest as you crunch. Maybe even hit them 2x a week. I think you should notice a real change in 12-16 weeks IMO.
