i just recently started my keto diet. i was at 206 and im now at 192 hoping to get to about 170 again. i was wondering about meal proportions. lately ive been eating chicken, and tilapia with brocolli as my side normally. i was wondering how much in ounces of chicken/ tilapia i should being consuming with each meal split up about 3 times a day.

im sure frosty can help me with this one

Some numbers to help you out are 1.5g/lb bwt in protein and 0.6g/lb in fat per day total.

This might help too:

Chicken/beef has about 8.5-8.7g of protein per oz (cooked)

Tilapia has about 6.5g of protein per oz (cooked)-(as long as its not over-cooked)
