Guy who hit Piana has no fight training. He was throwing lead rights with his right foot out in front. Maybe he switch hitting but I doubt it.

It was a sucker punch on Piana who lets face it is past fighting prime.

2 both man had words face to face

4 Rich asked Macc right before the punch if he was scared to go outside or do anything
5 Macc replied with a punch to the mouth he aint scared so that was no Sucker Punch that is a legit reply to Rich's wannabe scare tactic and Macc pulled Richs tough guy card face to face

Having seen the punch from a few angles it is not a sucker punch. Rich was talking big and that Mac Trucc scared so Mac answered Rich's with a straight right hand to his face.

Looks like Piana escalated things during and in the lead up to the Expo.

Piana's boy Alex threw a kick and blew out his two knees.....major fail. Alex then makes a video says he wants to fight Mac Trucc in an organised fight.

From what I saw none of them can fight for shit.

Generally I have not paid a lot of attention to Piana's 5% gang. But the brawlling today is making me think what actually is 5% all about. Since the punch I am learning more about 5%. The word I keep hearing is that 5% is a "Brotherhood".

Call me old fashioned but Piana and his boys look like a biker crypt or a jail gang, something that I would expect to see on a prison reality TV show. It's not really a traditional bodybuilding look. The old guy who ran the gym I trained at for a lot of years would have hated the Piana gang and the way they carry themselves. It's a lot different to Reg Park or Bill Pearl, but nothing stands still baby.

It shouldn't really be a surprise that the whole fracas at the Expo originated from within the 5% "Brotherhood". Given Mac Trucc was a former prominent member of the Brotherhood what we saw today was in fact an internal gang feud.

What is the purpose of the Brotherhoods? How much of Rich's look is to make him look like a bad ass dude? Is it a blueprint that 5% guys can copy to try to make themselves look tough and help their self esteem?

Bottom line is that 5% has brought fighting to a fitness expo. A fitness expo is not the place to be fighting.

Even though its pathetic it is bodybuilding we are talking about which is mostly boring and watching contests sends you to sleep so when stuff like this happens at least it brings some excitement to an incredibly boring sport.

3 different videos & angles after Rich got disrespected online for long enough, Rich chose to take it outside the right way but this is what went down. 3 angles, 3 cameras, you decide after seeing below video. These videos changed my opinion of what happened, 5% were over attacked by the other crew. I'm still down with 5%
