iron brothers...we all know Vince Mcmahon uses steroids...but what kind of drugs and steroids do you think professional wrestlers use?

The sad truth is that steroid usage is rampant in WWE. The drug testing is laughable. It's mainly for show. I bet that a lot of the WWE athletes don't even do the drug tests themselves. They probably pay someone for a clean urine sample and then smuggle it into the bathroom in their underwear.

That's nothing to take away from WWE though. A lot of the athletes in WWE have fantastic physiques that would do really well on a bodybuilding stage.

McMahon is very lucky his pal Hulk Hogan bailed his ass out or else he would have been in deep shit.

WWE is brutal on the body, those guys need to not only perform in the ring but they also need to look like monsters to show off to the crowd. steroids and HGH are must uses for these beasts

The sports entertainment industry is extremely competitive so of course these guys are using everything they can get their hands on. They have to be in top shape year round and don't have an off season if they are full time guys. On top of those demands that a professional athlete has they also have to be on point with their acting skills. A very tough industry.
